Merge k Sorted Lists - LeetCode

Merge k sorted linked lists and return it as one sorted list. Analyze and describe its complexity.
Example:
Input:
[
  1->4->5,
  1->3->4,
  2->6
]
Output: 1->1->2->3->4->4->5->6
Java Solution :
/**
 * Definition for singly-linked list.
 * public class ListNode {
 *     int val;
 *     ListNode next;
 *     ListNode(int x) { val = x; }
 * }
 */
class Solution {
    public ListNode mergeKLists(ListNode[] lists) {
        PriorityQueue<Integer> minHeap = new PriorityQueue<>();

        for(ListNode head : lists){
            while(head != null){
                minHeap.add(head.val);
                head = head.next;
            }
        }

        ListNode dummy = new ListNode(-1);
        ListNode head = dummy;

        while(!minHeap.isEmpty()){
            head.next = new ListNode(minHeap.remove());
            head = head.next;
        }
        return dummy.next;
    }
}
